Glenville State Oath of Excellence explains all the commitments that a student will need to take while attending this college. The qualification listed in the “Oath of Excellence” are: Freedom of Speech, Civil and Human Rights, Cultivation of Characters, Academic Integrity, Diversity, Social Responsibility, and Considerations.
