Doodle's Death Analysis

The defendant is responsible for Doodle’s death. The brother left Doodle in the rain, he overworked Doodle until he was exasperated, and Doodle’s brother never let him stop until he reached his goal. The brother left Doodle in the rain where he was helpless. “Soon I couldn’t hear his voice no more.” said the brother (Pg. 6). In the case Doodles brother left him in the storm and ran until he no longer could hear Doodle’s voice calling for him. I was talking with the defendant and he said “I ran as fast as I could leaving him far behind,” (Pg. 6). The narrator abandoned Doodle when he fell, and just kept on running away from Doodle leaving alone and far away from him. During the thunderstorm Doodle even cried out “Don’t leave me brother!” (Pg. 2). It is on record that Doodle cried this over and over again, because he tripped and fell and could not stand back up with the help of his brother leaving Doodle.
The brother even “Made Doodle row back against the tide.” (Pg. 6). The brother made him achieve goals that were beyond Doodles ability to do. I talked with the mom and even she said “Doodle began to look feverish,” (Pg. 4). The case says that Doodle’s brother worked him so hard that is infant like body got tired and Doodle got sick. During my investigation the brother stated “Our program has gone on for weeks but we still we kept on,” (Pg. 4).
