First off for me a main component of my dream job is how much I’m being paid. As for the position that would intrigue me most would be a job type that would fit my personality which would consist in duties under the “take charge” personality. The job could be a manager of a large company with many duties and responsibilities. I want to have a job that I know my contribution to the company is much larger than most of the other employees. I don’t know if I could handle being the main CEO or top manager of a company rather manage a branch of the company. My job would also consist of motivating the employees to work as hard as they could. I wouldn’t use much force unless needed: safety restrictions, not giving full effort etc. Most of the motivational tactics would be either through incentives such as bonus, time off, promotions, etc. Being the head of a team not only would I have to be encouraging to my own job, but to get the team members to fully be intrigued to their job. I would want 60 to 70 percent of the work to be out on the field trying to work with the employees to enhance the production, which would leave about 40 to 30 percent of the work in the
