Driving While Driving
Some states have now made it illegal to drive while using a hand-held cell phone. I agree with the law a hundred percent. Driving while on a phone can cause many horrible predicaments. These predicaments may include a death of the person driving and anyone in the vehicle, making another person veer off the road and hurt themselves due to the action of the person using their phone, or getting in trouble with the law for not driving properly. These topics of horrible things that could happen to you while using a phone can be very tragic and should convince people not to ever use their phone.
When using a cellular device while driving, there is a high risk that a person might hurt themselves and the people in their car. Phones are a great attribute

I agree that driving while using a handheld cellphone is bad because it can lead to a car crash, the driver isn't focused on the road, and not paying attention to other drivers and not all hands are on the wheel. One reason why I believe that driving with a cellphone should be illegal because it can lead to a serious car crash in some cases. The driver may not be focused on the road and they hit a car dead on. Another reason why I agree with driving with a cellphone is illegal because the driver may not be focused on driving. They most likely be focused on talking to someone on the phone, Face time , Facebook, Snap chat , Twitter. Some people will forget that they are driving if they are really into there phone. Everyone is different when they start practicing something new, something that is out of their comfort zone. Normally people do not perform anything that involves them leaving their bubble; they just like to keep it simple. People do things that they like and what they are used to, not unexpected or indifferent things. One can pretty much anticipate what these people do because they do the same thing every day, there is no change in their life and they either do not like change or they do not like doing things that put them in a difficult position. For instance, not everyone is the same, some people are so tight in their comfort zone they are too scared to go forth and explore the rest of the world, Other people leave on an adventure then come back a totally changed person. I will be talking about how Bilbo was a gentle creature that didn’t like leaving his comfy bed and his easy lifestyle. To know how…

Using a cell phone while driving can cause the driver to take their eye off the road and cause them to think about what’s going on with their cell phone. When a phone call comes through on the driver’s cell phone, this distracts them from paying attention to the road. This is a major cause of accidents and deaths on the road. This also is putting drivers life in danger. While drivers may think they can handle talking on the phone they tend to miss visual and audio clues to avoid crashes. For example, there could be a crash on the highway. Drivers pick up their cell phone to call spouse or a friend to inform them of the trouble car crash. In the split second you looked down to dial the number you didn’t see the sign that said “right lane closed.” You then look up and realize that you are now in the right lane were the accident occurred. Before you could slow down or even stop you run into the back of a car that was just in an accident. Now because you picked up your cell phone instead of consternating on the road you put yourself in a situation you did not have to be in. This is just a few reasons why concentration on the road is so critical to prevent accidents.…

The use of cellular devices while driving is now illegal in some states. This is due to the fact that when drivers behind the wheel of a car their only priority should be to drive. While driving and on a phone at the same time a driver is going to be distracted, and when drivers are distracted they are more likely to cause or be involved in an accident. Although it may seem entertaining and fun, driving while using a cellular device can lead to major problems. For example, driving while on a handheld device will lead to distracted driving. It has been scientifically proven that humans are not good at multitasking. We tend to put most of our focus into one thing at a time, while leaving the other task setting in the background. Because of this…

Over the years cellphones and driving have both seen many changes. Both of these things have had major changes most people look at all the changes as great, but if the two are put together the outcome is not so great. More and more people are using their phones while driving; not knowing they are putting not only their own lives in danger but also the lives of other drivers. Ever been stuck at a light behind somebody who is not paying attention because of their cell phone? It's annoying right. Well that might not be a problem anymore. Many states have banned the use of hand-held devices while driving. Knowing about all the people that have been killed in accidents involving cell phones, I one-hundred percent agree with this law. Using your cell phone while driving can lead to lack of focus on the road, especially among young drivers who are not as experienced as their adult counterparts. Driving takes an extreme amount of concentration, due to the many things that could happen on the road. From cars slamming on brakes in front of you, to people cutting in and out of traffic, you need to have your undivided…

Accidents happen everyday on the road. Some are from bad weather conditions, others are because the driver is under the influence of alcohol, and many are caused by distracted drivers on their cellular phone. If people were more aware of how many people are injured or killed by someone who was using their phone while driving , then they wouldn't use their own phone while driving. If making a law that says it is illegal to use a handheld phone and drive will make people stop becoming distracted while driving, then it should be put into effect. A solution for a driver who wants to use their phone while driving would be to use the hands free option on their phone, or to purchase a tool to hold the phone while driving.…

In the state of Florida there is a legislation against using a cell phone while driving. The legislation says that while a person is texting while driving a police officer could do nothing unless you are being ticketed or stopped for another infraction. I find this law to be really scary because there are so many careless people who are driving while texting not having a care in the world who they will affect. To me, I consider driving while using the phone the same as driving while under the influence. Not only are you not focused on your driving and the people around you but youre not paying attention which are two things that can easily cause a minor accident or major accident. If a person is texting while driving and they hit someone…
