In today's growing industry, most of the university schools specially in abroad are becoming more discerning and with the escalation in demand at present across the industry, Owners expectation becomes increasingly sophisticated, leading to a well-informed and discriminating assessment of services. More and more companies , businesses , And schools now a days are turning into automated online enrollement as technology evolves and even owners of small colleges in the industry turn into Online Enrollement to enhance their capability to acquire numerous students whom wants to enroll .it is vital that the university of mindanao swith to an online enrollement system because it has a numerous of enrollee's every semester and this will help speed up the process of enrolling for both new and old student's.

The University of Mindanao was established in 1946 and is one of the oldest universities in Southern Philippines. It is a non-sectarian school offering the most number of academic programs in this part of the country. It is located in Davao City. The University of Mindanao has 12 campuses and branches in Southern Mindanao. It has a total student population of more or less 21 thousand (SY 2013-2014).

the advantages for an Online Enrollement System exceed the disadvantages and can provide a competitive edge and increase their growth as a whole. Some of the main ways of universities can expand and gain ground over their competitors or other universitity schools is by using a more advance software that helps them to better understand the needs of the student's and demands so they can turn-in increase their sales of those services they provide . all of this together , helps the school to enhance the efficiency of enrollement process and save their time and energy.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

As the researchers conducted a thorough research and survey's for the students of "University of Mindanao", the researchers discovered the following problems
