1) What exactly is wrong? Just the barebones of the situation.
2) Think through the problem, what could be the onset or result?
3) Formulate multiple possible solutions, drawing on possible similar past circumstances as well as new, no idea is off the table. Here the more ideas the better.
4) Narrow down the possibilities by restraints, money, time, transportation, etc. Narrow the field to help pick your best option.
5) Determine why or why not each of your ideas would or would not fit the solution of your problem.
6) Put your plan into motion, time to suck it up and go into action
7) Assess the results of your strategy, did it work the way you expected it to, the way you planned it to?
8) Tie up any loose ends, there are bound to be some hangers on that need clearing up.
My Issue: Personal: Dealing with health issues and getting the right help from my Doctors
1) I have constant pain from arthritis of the hips and spine, and chronic daily migraine for 7 years.
2) I need to have a Doctor that takes this pain seriously. Caused by asthma treatment medication that I cannot stop taking. Effect; I cannot continue to live in constant pain, I am unable to function this way.
3) Go through phonebook searching for doctors, trying out multiple doctors, 7 doctors in as many years. Keep trying to find a Doctor that will take me seriously. Keep trying and don't give up.
4) What's needed for a solution is a physician that will take me seriously, take my pain seriously refer me to other Doctors that can help, pain management specialists.
5) Tried 7 Doctors, 2 neurologists and still no results, continue to be abused by the medical professionals and the medical system
6) Number 8!! I struck gold with this last one, she referred me to pain management! Could it be as simple as that, a female doctor?
