In reality, heroes can be an average person who helps people in distress. For instance, workers in the field of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). This profession can be split into three categories; Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced EMT, and Paramedic. The first and lowest level of EMS is the EMT.
