Providing in-service is to be able to enhance/ advance knowledge and facts to the audience in improving the audience's skills and promote a better quality of intervention to their patients.
What are the most effective presentation strategies for your particular audience and venue?
To provide an effective in-service, the content or focus of my presentation education program must be relevant to the skills of my target audience (healthcare professionals).
Another method of an efficient in-service is effective interaction and communication with the audience, and at the end of the presentation is by providing an audience questionnaires regarding their feedback on my performance to be able to reflect and accept the audience comment on the presentation

Persuade your audience by building an argument of your topic- to increase an audience participation is by structuring your talk that will produce a difference of opinion of your audience, or create a question for the speaker. 4. Create a final comment/ conclusion of your presentation with a great substance- Continue responding to your audience until the presenter satisfied the listener's questions. Then, provide your audience a brief, and to move closing statement.

What are the most effective presentation strategies for your venue?
Providing an efficient in-service is not only through effective communication, but also furnishing the audience of an appropriate conference room. Furthermore, being able to hear and visibly see the speaker is one of the important methods of presenting an in-service. According to Meetings.org. (n.d.)., a proper execution of a presentation consists of seven percent of communication is delivered, and ninety- three percent is made up of sound quality and body movement.

Some of the pitfalls that may cause a failed presentation, including poor quality of communication (tone/ accent/volume/clarity, irrelevant or inappropriate words used), inappropriate body language and audio/visual aids used, poor location of the in-service, irrelevance of the in-service. Different types of pitfalls that may cause a weak presentation/in-service (Gustafson,n.d.)

Poor deliverance of message to the audience
Allowing the audience mind wander
Blocking the view of the attendees while presenting
Failure to persuade/ convince the attendees about the topic presentation
Poor choice of background images / illustrations
Poor visibility/ illegible visuals
