EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Limited is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that offers a portfolio of IT, BPO, infrastructure, engineering and assurance services. TCS is one of India’s largest industrial conglomerates and most respected brands, which aims at delivering real results to global businesses, ensuring a level of certainty that no other firm can match.
The project “To understand the employee satisfaction aspect of newly joined associates in TCS, Kolkata” was carried out to study and deal with understanding employee perception towards four major functions and
