The Real Madrid Football Youth League is being formed to provide for the future of Football Youth Development and the Community Schemes within Football Clubs. The league has continued to support the excellent work undertaken within Youth Footballers. The club remains committed to ‘Use the Power of Football to Make a Difference’, this means a commitment to be recognized as football’s leader in Youth Development .We believe that we can develop people using the power of football, that we provide the best opportunities, recognize all achievements and that we will deliver more places, more people, more time and produce better footballers. The Football League Youth Development Department’s overall purpose is to support and assist its Clubs in raising standards at Schoolboy and Youth level. We are a dedicated team who strive to provide high quality service and advice to players and parents alike. The core values and objectives of the Youth Department are to provide a comprehensive monitoring and inspection structure based on agreed quality standards. We have regular get together meetings and seminars with the Clubs to share ideas, best practice and provide Clubs with ongoing training and information relevant to the programmer We report to our funding partners on the progress of the Youth Development programme. This is to ensure the continuity of the funding
