Environment: Pollution and Overwhelming White Trash
Wrote the letter! You do not protect the environment, so my green umbrella was seriously damaged, resulting in several northern China has been filled the sand attack, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Shanxi and other provinces Feishazoudan, a serious dust storms; Southwest severe water shortage, caused by drought; drought does not ease, Kyushu and earthquakes, the plague of drought can be said again and again.
All, human beings have not pushed lack of responsibility!
Earth mother asked me: “As students, you are busy every day, flat Fan to live, for our home care does contribute to the ring?
I think the environmental thing is not only adults, but also our primary responsibilities and obligations. In fact, green homes, protect the ecological, not an unattainable feat. Action, just from ourselves! Action, bit by bit from the side of the little things!
I cannot stop people from deforestation, but I can save every piece of paper, you can take good care of flowers and trees; I cannot stop people from catching the rare animal, but I do not catch, do not eat all the animals under state protection; I cannot stop overwhelming white trash polluting the environment, but I can do it using the bags into the city, reducing the number of plastic bags; I cannot stop people from throwing waste batteries pollute the environment, but I can, at home recycling of used batteries to the designated locations.
I cannot do much to prevent damage to the environment, but I can do quite a few things to protect the environment. I can start from small, start from everyday life, is able to do from the own start. I think if everyone does so, our living environment will reduce the number of pollution. For ourselves, for our common home – the earth, protect the environment should be a conscious action of each of us.
Green, I start from! My dear friend, from now on, we use less, not plastic bags, garbage classification, and the little things of life now! “Events do not come, do not trivial,” does not

This is yet another case that concerns the standard for summary judgment in an antitrust controversy. There is one Earth. All people who live on it have to share it, not only with those living today, but with those in centuries to come. What is done today will manifest itself tomorrow, affecting someone, somewhere. Many don’t think about their actions because what they do might not affect them in their own lifetime. As Pope Francis said, “We received this world as an inheritance from past generations, but also as a loan from future generations, to whom we will have to return it!” It is easy to harm the environment because many are ignorant of the consequences of their actions, which have become very routine. Changes in the individual mindset can put into motion a chain reaction. One person can influence many others, and one small change can make a big difference. There have been many figures throughout history that have been great examples of how important it is to respond to the call the Pope has made for environmental action and protection. Some influential activists have been Julia Hill and Wangari Maathai, both being very inspiring through their actions. People should heed…

Additionally, concern is also focused and geared towards the economic and social struggles in the lack of environmental policy, including environmental racism and justice. While President Nixon created the Environment Protection Agency, others after him, such as President George H.W. Bush’s Administration revisited these victories by leading America to losses for it’s environmentalists. With so many failed attempts in gathering the loyal attention from the public in decades, and engaging them in how important and absolutely necessary it is in creating and maintaining an environment in which fossil fuels, carbon emissions, rises in sea levels, and hazards to aquatic life, are constantly fought against, there needs to be more strength in how the scientific information is shared. Additionally, the lack of consistency and cooperation from differing parties regarding the importance of climate change and global warming, especially in Congress, continuously hurts the work the United States can accomplish in combating climate change. Today, President Obama is criticized for his work towards environmental policy. However, the Obama Administration has been a leading force in the fight for a healthier and more green future, and that has been evident in the policies he has been pushing through with the Environmental Protection…

“[It] must be the years when America pays its debts to its past by reclaiming the purity of its air, its water, and our living environment.” said President Nixon. Many new Acts around the country were placed to protect our environment such as the “Clean Air Act”, “Clean Water Act”, and the “Endangered Species Act”. We must learn to reduce the amount of unnecessary materials we use, reuse our resources that we are so privileged to have, and recycle our materials so that they can be used again. We can also spread awareness, pick up trash outside, and plant trees for our environment to…

There are many problems facing the world today; serious problems that could have grave consequences if not resolved within the next few years. However, there is one looming problem, which if not resolved, could make all other problems obsolete; the way that we take care of the environment, or rather the way we neglect it. The environment is a necessity for everyday life. Without the environment, we would die. How we chose to end global warming is interesting, because much of our daily uses affect the environment.…

The other opinion, on the contrary, confirms that environmental problem will not come to an end without individuals’ efforts. Although lots of issues seem “big” by size, mobilization of all individuals towards the problem will lead to excellent outcomes. For example, globle warming is a major headache that has already started affecting our lives and the situation is expected to get worse if it is not under control. While all governments are working together searching for solutions, it is extremely important for us individuals to remain alert and aware of the problem and also take actions from ourselves. The use of energy-saving light bulbs, travelling by bicycles instead of cars will definitely make differences. Individual actions, small as they may be, can prove to be more effective than we realize.…

"Go Green," the new slogan that promotes saving the environment is being heard everywhere. As I turn on my television or pass a billboard on the highway. The message is loud and clear that the earth is desperately crying out for us humans to start taking care of our domain. Going Green

Why go green? We are running out of natural resources. This will directly affect our future generation. The demand for energy is higher than the supply and our future generations will suffer. By “Going Green” and saving energy you will have more money in your pocket as well as take steps to provide a better future for our loved ones. Recycling plays a huge role in “Going Green.” When you recycle one aluminum can it saves enough energy to run a television for three complete hours. That is equivalent to one gallon of gas (gogreencommercially.com). Recycling 1 ton of paper saves 17 mature trees, 7,000 gallons of water, 3 cubic yards of landfill space, 2 barrels of oil, and 4,100 kilowatt hours of energy “which is enough energy to power a single home for five months (gogreencommercially.com).” Saving those 17 trees enables them to absorb 250 pounds of carbon dioxide whereas burning them would create 1,500 pounds of carbon dioxide. “Twenty-five million is the number of trees a year that would be saved if each American would save one tenth of their newspapers (gogreencommercially.com). These are just a few facts of how our resources are being overused. So what happens if we run out of our natural resources? Paula Swaney stated in our telephone interview that “our ecosystem…

Our planet is in great danger. For the last one hundred years or so, the people of earth have wasted and misused the natural recourses of earth. Several plans have been developed to stop the abuse of earth. Some of these plans I will discuss in this essay, many of which can be executed by any one. Environmental problems have become so difficult that many individuals feel they can have no effect on them. Problems like oil spills, hazardous waste, loss of rain forests, endangered species, and acid rain. At the very least, these problems require government help. However, there are some things that individuals can control. Our waste reduction and recycling activities can make a difference. That's why so many communities began voluntary recycling programs.…
