Equal And Diverse Workplace
An equal and diverse workplace would benefit an employer because the workforce are likely to be more motivated and content in turn making them more competent and motivated.

An equal and diverse workplace would benefit an employee because they will feel comfortable and judged on their work rather than sex/race/religion. Working in a place with equal opportunities will be more appealing because it means that no one will be overlooked when it comes to progression and promotion.
