This employee shouldn’t need much motivation, since his satisfaction at this job,
However, the company needs to put actions into place to make sure his satisfaction in his job stays high, put him in places of the job they know he is happy, and give him responsibility to take advantage of his positive quality.
McClelland theory of need fits this situation because in order for the employee to be happy at his job, the employee needs to be doing something that makes them happy.

This employee doesn’t need much if any motivation. From the results, it seems like he is very satisfied, engaged, and for the most part happy with the job.
Company may want to see if there are projects that he can work on to keep him engaged and give him exposure that may lead to a promotion.
