In my opinion, males learn quicker at volleyball compared to most females. His name would be Mark. Mark would be designed to be 6 foot and his vertical jump would be not match to anyone. He would also have long arms so that he would have an advantage blocking and reaching for the volleyball while passing that would normally be out of most people’s reach. His long arms would also benefit his hitting because he would be able to contact the ball very high over the block. Mark would be designed to have lean muscle, so that he would be able to jump high yet still strong. His shoulders, arms, core, hamstrings, calves, back, and quads would be very strong to help him hit hard, move quickly, and pass hard driven balls. His fingers will also be strong to help his block and for it be easier for him to pass high hard driven balls. Also, his hands would be big to help with his hitting to make it easier for him to snap on the ball and his blocking so that his block would be bigger. Because his legs are strong, he would not struggle staying low while passing. His core, back, and legs would help his block stay strong no matter how hard his opponent hits. Mark’s core would allow him to keep his arms up, his back would help him push his arms forward to penetrate over the net, and his legs would help him jump high so that his opponent’s hit would not go over his
