Hamlet develops opinions for what’s going on in the world around him and contemplates suicide because of it. This especially shows Hamlet’s poor ability of self control and his influence of what he perceives as is his destiny. Overall, Hamlet is too fixated on what he perceives as his destiny and doesn’t allow interference with it which causes him mental issues. Among things that make Hamlet appear submissive to the things that happen to him there still strays the reason of his duty to his country. In Hamlet’s mind it’s his duty to serve Denmark as a prince
