The legal system in Hispanic immigrants that live in the United States involves legal cases on Hispanic immigrants. The country recently has experienced a great number of Hispanic deportations. During these years that President Barack Obama has been the main head of the country, the United States experienced a lot of Hispanic deportations, more than last years, deporting 235,413 immigrants back to their country. The reasons on why immigrants are deported are that immigrants are illegally in the country, have no license to drive and are fined or arrested for not having a driving license or permission to be in the country legally. There are immigration reforms as DACA and DAPA, DACA protect and give the right to illegal immigrants a permission to work and get a number of social security, while the DAPA gives the right to illegal immigrants to study and get a job in the country. In recent years the government of the United States are promoting to make changes in the immigration laws, which could affect many immigrants. Immigrations reforms are necessary to the Hispanic community because that can benefit the life of many illegal immigrants that live in the United Sates, immigrants could have a better legal status in the country if more immigrations reforms are approved by the government. However, some people think that illegal immigrants have not right to be in the country because they say that illegal immigrants are robbing their jobs and their benefits. Thinking that Hispanic immigrants come to this country to cause problems and that the politics and government are only focusing in Hispanic Immigrants. But, that’s not true, Hispanic immigrants are more that been only illegal immigrants, they are people that work hard and are not robbing jobs for someone else. Therefore, they are fighting for fair immigrations reforms that can benefit them and their legal status.
