Ethical and Socially Responsive Business.
A code of ethical conduct contains written morals to prevent misconduct within the workplace. Cheesecake Factory encourages employees to promote honest and ethical conduct both personally and professionally. It is important to stay compliant with both government laws and Cheesecake Factory’s guidelines.
Cheesecake Factory is the pioneer in making customized cheesecakes. The company was founded in 1972 as a producer and distributor of high-quality cheesecakes and other baked desserts. In 1978, it began its first restaurant in California and has opened restaurants

In the hospitality industry, staff acts as an essential strength as they become representative of the Company to the customer. Current policy lays down enough emphasis on internal bonding and unity so that a positive decorum can be created which eventually has led to the success of the organization.
• Emphasis has been laid on adherence to local laws as the company is operating in different locations. It is very critical as it not only infuses reputation among the stakeholder but will strengthen the brand and image of the Company.
• The interesting aspect mentioned in the policy is where the company focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for the guests, vendors, staff members and applicants. Inculcating this as part of ethics is indeed an excellent practice that the company has adopted, and it has helped the Company to grow steadily and gain reputation over the years.

• Employee should be given an award for following the practices religiously which in turn will motivate other members to follow sued.
Ways in which Cheesecake Factory can engage in socially responsive activities:
• There are many different incentives the company can offer from free food to gift cards. This not only gets the employees excited to give back but also show their customers they care.

• Cheesecake Factory can distribute free food to the poor .This will show that the company is not only interested in amassing wealth but they care.
• set a percent of each dollar made in a selected time period to be donated to a chosen cause. A few companies such as Coca-Cola donate a portion of their sales in a three year time period. Other businesses set up a much shorter time period such as a week or month. Furthermore, as it spread across various regions, it should contribute a part of the profit to the local non-profit organizations for development of the
