At 19:05 hrs, on Thursday 1oth April 2014 Inspector Jacob and Inspector Rudolph form Theft Squad under the Jurisdiction of Abidjan Police Station were on routine patrol in their respected location. During the patrol, the Police Control radioed them and informed that the theft of a blue Mercedes Benz Car registration # 493DN 173 where parked in parking lot at Smiley Super Market grid reference 369-318.
Both officers reached the scene at 19:15 hrs and met a black female, named Dorothy Palmer, about 179 cm, aged 29 years, residing flat # 2 Building #17 Daffodil Apartment Complex Abidjan. She stated to the police officers that she parked the car at 17:30 hrs and returned to the parking lot at 18:45 hrs when she saw the driver's door vehicle lying open. The photo sent to the Criminal Identification Bureau and police requested her to come to the police station Abidjan with her smashed vehicle. The case of theft #273, registration on 10 April 2014. The Criminal Identification Bureau sent the identification of suspect who was Abino carto date of birth 25 march 1995 residing in Free Town Street Abidjan. The suspect was wanted in a list of police who was involved in various criminal activities including theft, burglary and mugging. The police station sent the patrol team in the mention location and were able to arrest Abino carto with theft items. The suspect was taken to the Abidjan Police Station and he confessed his crime and gave information to the police that his another friend Nicolous Borwax who either residing 21 National Avenue or residing his girlfriend Bolen house at 47 Canadian Road. The police patrol searched both location but could not find the suspect. The police promised to the victim that they apprehended the suspect within two

Then we physically examine the victim to determine any physical symptoms, such as breathing abnormally or dilated pupils.
