Hi Dannine,

I regretfully have to reschedule my interview tomorrow. I have battled a lingering cough from bronchitis since July. Sharp pains in my chest caused me to go back to the doctors yesterday and I was then told I have a walking pneumonia. I recognize this doesn't seem like a good impression, so please accept my apology for the last-minute email and any inconvenience it may cause. I am available both Monday and Tuesday before 12:00pm or next Friday. Please let me know if any of these days work.

    I am applying for the position of medical receptionist at Cooper, Wolowitz, and Associates at your Ephrata location. I am most interested in applying for this position with your office for the weekly hours, salary package, sign-on bonus, and medical benefits package. The office hours are great being Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm and one Saturday a month 7am to 3pm. The salary package is pretty inviting with $13.50 an hour, Holiday pay for all major holidays worked, and 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. The medical benefits package consisting of medical, Dental, vision, and workman’s compensation is also an added plus being extremely affordable. Secondly, I became very motivated and excited to work in the Medical Administrative field because of a family member whom I was very close to. My Great-Aunt was a very positive and influential person in my life who taught me to follow my dreams and always stop to help others. She always taught me that the medical field was a growing and awarding field to work within which ever branch you decided to work in. My Great-Aunt always said “To work with in the medical field in any aspect will always fill your heart and life with joy.” This has always stuck with me as I grew up and when it came to deciding which path to take in life I always thought back to what she said. I realized I would love to be in the medical field because I love working with growing families, our aging population, different kinds of other people, and mainly because I love the office aspect of the field. I feel I would be a vital asset to your team of office workers because I am very good with computers, well organized/detail oriented, an effective communicator, and work very well with others.…

    This letter is written in an attempt to appeal my academic probation and allow me to receive financial aid so I can continue my college education. During Module 3 and 4 my grades were poor. The cause is no less than my own fault, but I believe the circumstances I faced led my focus away from my education. In the beginning of 2012 I found out I was going to become a dad and that was a huge impact for my life so I had to get my self together and I knew going to school getting my degree would give me that opportunity to make my life and son life better but having to deal with my grandma suffered a heart attack and pasting away was an event that sent my world into a spiral, then also having to move to another state and not being stable enough to keep focus I was thrown off and this cause me to be in a depression mode. I continued school as best I could and helped my mother and take care of my grandma medical bills I took out additional loans for much more than was needed to pay for school. I was also out of a job and living off savings and credit cards, which was a huge mistake. Beginning towards the end of 2012 my bills began to pile up and I was getting behind. I managed to get a part-time job to help pay for bills and was still trying to go to school, but as the bills mounted part-time work wasn't enough to keep me afloat. I had to start working full time. I tried to continue my schoolwork as best as I can, but as time went on work took over my life and my education took a backseat. I didn't plan on this happening and I didn't want to withdrew from classes because school was the only thing I have at bettering my life and I constantly told myself I could maintain this , but it never worked for me. Now that I have stabilized myself a lot I have my own place full access to the internet in a very well comfortable environment I can guarantee improvement, I do not work at the moment I know I can be more responsible and take on a light,…
