Executive Summary of Hotel Reservation System
Executive Summary
This document provides an analysis and to further develops of our on-going website which is a Hotel Reservation System. Methods or techniques that we are going to use in developing our website includes: registration of the customer, booking and then change/update reservation for the customer area. For the admin or employee we have to do also the booking, update the data or the reservation if the customer wishes to change something and then viewing the records. Upon developing our website, we can add more functions and more features in our website. We also have our limitations in this project; one of this is the payment method that we are going to use in reservation which is only a simulation. We can manage and give a more detailed and specific techniques to let our website more presentable and qualified as a basis for the future purposes.
Modules to be considered of this project are as follows:
• For User/Customer Registration of the customer – it is needed on our website because we will base on the information of the customer that he/she will sign it up here Booking – the reservation or booking of the rooms, etc. will be done here Change/Cancel reservation – if the customer wishes to change/edit or cancel the reservation
• For Admin/Employee Booking – everything on the booking process of the customer can check if there is a slot or vacancies of room on that particular date View Record – the admin/employee can view all the records of the customer Update – admin/employee can also update the data of the customer
We can add more features and functions of our website upon developing
