Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing something. For a college student its usually hers or his work. See the thing is it can hurt you in the long run and stress you out more than anything in the world. Its not always that a person just doesn’t want to do it they just put it off due too other work or events etc., or just don’t think about it at the moment. As with every college kid there comes a social life. Most of every college kid wants to live the “college experience.” There’s always somewhere to hangout, then those Thursday nights at the fraternity row, the bars it all is a a college students name written all over it. With all this partying and hanging out we do there has to be time for that and your studies. Because its so much fun at the moment but when you flunk out, you’ve lost all of it. Partying can defiantly make your graabs drop tremendously. So learning to balance your social life and school is how college has impacted me so far. One of the hardest things tome in college would be school work mixed with extracurricular activates. For me it was being a cheerleader and working at the gym in Gadsden. It’s a struggle to work almost full time job and be a full time student. There are many things you must sacrifice to be a part of the extra stuff you do hardly. I know of many times I had to turn down a mall trip for cheer or something, or even just out to eat. It sucks but in the long run it pays off with all the perfect baby.
