This is where the 15th, 19th, 22nd, and 26th amendments changed those laws. With the 15th amendment I have the right to vote for who I want because I am a citizen. The 19th amendment explains that we are not discriminated by gender because the constitution back then learned that women can be equally competitive with men. The 22nd amendment allows only for a limited of ten years in office as a president. Lastly, the 26th amendment repeals the age limit of voting to 18 years of age.
Another example of how the government changed is when the 18th amendment was passed in 1919, making alcohol banned from selling, but it was inconvenient to get all people to stop drinking, especially the fact that many people felt that the government violated their private habits. Therefore the 21st amendment, ratified in 1933, cancels the 18th amendment. As time goes by, the nation may still need amendments for advances in technology that may change the way we communicate. One day we may even need more laws to govern space when we are able to live up
