Explain The Active Promotion Of Anit-Discriminatory Practice
The active promotion of anit-discrimintory practise- In the health and social care sector there are four main ethnical principles that should be taken serious. The first one is the Justice, which is when every person should be treated the same way, even if they are from a different ethnic background. Secondly is Autonomy, when an individual makes their first choice and it must be respected. Thirdly is Beneficence, in a health and social care service they are expected to act in a way the patient will benefit it. Lastly is when there is any kind of damage to a treatment or an interference then this should not be much more important that the benefits of a treatment.

Some individuals can be extremely violent and pressure could be formed. This happens to be when the care they get does not appeal to them getting help with their condition. If you a professional health and social carer, then the keys facts at that you are well trained and you are able to deal with conflicts.
Conflicts are able to happen between staffs that are in a health and social care setting. When a lot of services are need for the care of individuals then dealing with conflicts you need to be really professional and positive. Skill you may need to have need of: Having a point of view from both sides of an argument , ready to listen to others, not taking side, don’t grumble and let things annoy you, try to think rapidly and thinking about a clarification and not getting bogged out in individual’s problems.
In the course we have talked about a lot of discriminatory behaviours and the affects they have in health and social care. We also talked about the staffs and people that used the services. If discrimination has been realised then it has to be dealt with quickly. There ar possible outcomes of how it could be reached: Joining government rules and guidelines at local level by managers and employers , staff training and development, challenging world colleges who show discriminatory behaviour and challenging incorrect

It can depend on the people that are around you, sometimes whatever they do can affect your ways of thinking towards your beliefs. No matter how you feel about your culture not one has the right to brainwash you and change the way you think.
Influence on beliefs-Some people form their beliefs by the people that were around them during childhood or the way have developed their own opinions later on in life. Your beliefs could affect the way you think and feel about other individuals. For example, if your raised in a family were you had the Buddhist belief then your peroration to the world would not be similar to others that hold different beliefs than you.
Past events-There are a lot of good and bad effects in past events. Such as, when you was a child and you have experienced something so bad and you ended up in hospital, when you go back into the hospital it makes you think about all the horrible and hard memories come to your mind. In this case when you come to the hospital for a check-up it could be really difficult. If you working in a health and social care environment, past events could have a big impact on you
