By having patients practitioners will be able to deal with that child in the correct way without getting worked up and distressed. Some children might not follow the set transition plan which could cause problems for the practitioners as they will have to create an individual plan for that child. If the practitioner doesn’t have patients they might get annoyed about making an individual plan. In my setting there is a set plan for transitions but if children find it hard to follow that plan there practitioners will create an individual plan for each child. Also in my placement there is a child with additional needs who needs one to one support. The practitioner who supports this child never gets annoyed, distressed or inpatient with the child she is supporting no matter how bad of a day he is having. This is a good example of having good
