When should kids be considered adults? Kids should be considered adults at the age of 18. Kids are able to vote at 18. If they are able to choose who runs our country then why can't they be called adults? Being able to vote is an “adult thing” to do but if a majority of those “adults” are 18 then why are they still being called a kid? The law is able to recognize that after someone turns 18 their parents no longer have to support them.Their parents may wish to continue supporting them even after they turn 18, but that is the parent's decision.
