Farewell Speech
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and good morning, ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests. Thank you for being here today, because one of our best is leaving us.

My dear Mr Jamal, my dear colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, though I take immense pleasure and feel thankful to all of you for offering me an opportunity to talk to you all at this momentous occasion, right deep inner side of my heart, I feel a sort of sadness while thinking that our Mr Jamal is being transferred effective from today.

I need not say how he treated us as a member of a family and extended all cooperation we required at every crucial time of our work. We found him gentle and humble; always ready to solve our problems. Ambitious, analytical, calculating, cheerful, focused, intelligent, motivated, and a lot of qualities like this he had shown and taught us as a successful team leader, no doubt we had a gem of a person as the head of our organization. He understood all our problems and tried to solve even too. Of course, he will also always be remembered for the everyday things, such as his good management skills, trustworthiness and sense of humour. A moral support was always in his hands to share with all of us. Though he is getting departed from us, we request him to assist us with his good guidance, being away from us, as and when we required, on any matter within his busy schedule.

Apart from official matters, I found him helpful personally with his kind the gentleness.
I thank him personally and on behalf of all the staff of this organization and request him to share with us some of his views at this moment. Thank you again, for all the support, guidance, help, freedom, appreciation and opportunities you provided for my growth both professionally and personally. While he has put in place some of the most absolutely amazing ideas that will stay after he leaves, it will be quite the challenge to find someone to fill in his shoes. Thank you Mr Jamal for all those

The United States of America was founded by a group of pilgrims that settled in the New World. One of these pilgrims, named George Washington, helped lead the settled pilgrims to freedom from Great Britain in 1776. In the years that followed this separation from Great Britain, many things changed for the pilgrims, including the development of a government controlled by the people with a new constitution that gave inalienable rights for the people of this new nation. In addition to this, the pilgrims learned how to cultivate peace and harmony with the Foreign World without risking European influence on their governmental structure. Another change that was made was fair and equal taxing upon its citizens. This taxation was necessary to ensure…

George Washington's Farewell Address was published On September 19, 1796. In his address, Washington began by heeding the citizens of America to hold fast to the Union and the Constitution. Washington emphasized the necessity of staying unified as a nation, claiming that their independence and longevity was centered around being unified as a nation, which meant abandoning feuding political entities within the nation. He continued his letter by stating that the people had the right to change the law, as long as it is only done through constitutional amendments. Washington also stated that if the governmental law is unconstitutional, citizens should have the right to nullify the act or law. Continuing from his initial statement, Washington once again emphasized the danger of sectionalism and the differing political parties. He also restates his belief in the separation of powers and checks and balances, which were written in the Constitution.…

George Washington resigned from office in 1796. For the occasion, he wrote a farewell address directed to the citizens of the United States. He was certainly aware that his audience would include other politicians as well as dignitaries and officials from foreign nations. Washington feels that the citizens need his closing remarks before he steps out of office. He is informing the citizens of how he feels about his past service, what is currently going on and what will need to be done in the future. In some respects, Washington is just saying goodbye to the nation.…

If you’d have told me a year ago that I’d be standing here in front of you talking about going on a mission, I’d have laughed at you. Well, here I am. It has been a long and interesting journey in getting me here today, but, as a popular Kenny Chesney song professes “The laughs, the smiles, the trials, the tears, it’s hard to hate what got me here.” Well, I’m here and am very excited to move on to this next chapter in my life.…
