Father Cellma Persuasive Speech
Little Celleste the cell was in the middle of his meal, when he thought for a minute about what he was eating, and how it had gotten there. The great Father Cellmas came to his mind, so he called out for him because he knew he could solve his answers.

Since after all Father Cellmas was the man who knew all the questions you asked him about yourself.

Father Cellmas was in the middle of a nap when he heard the yell of a small cell. “I wonder who is calling for me?” Father Cellmas wonders, and gets up quickly to go help the cell who had called him.

The little Celleste rushed towards Father Cellmas with excitement and said, “Father Cellmas! The greatest cell in the world, I can’t believe it’s really you. I have dreamed of meeting you since

“Talking about food reminds me of another organelle that is in charge of breaking down large molecules into smaller molecules. This organelle also digests old cell parts, do you know what this organelles is Celleste?” When Father Cellmas asked Celleste what organelle he was describing Celleste responded by saying, “ooo I know this one!!”

“Now let’s talk about a very important organelle, which is called the cytoskeleton. This is a very important organelle because it supports the structure of the cell, and helps move synthesized proteins,” said Father Cellmas.

Father Cellmas said to Celleste, “We’re almost done but we have one more organelle to talk about, which I don’t quite remember because I’m getting old.” Celleste replied saying “I know which one you missed it’s the cell wall, which I know all about because it’s also a very important organelle even though all of them are important organelles.”

Celleste said to Father Cellmas, “It supports and protects the cell which is why the cell wall is tough, rigid, and has an outer layer. Did you know that plant cells are the only ones with cell walls, isn’t that cool?” Father Cellmas answers his question by saying “Yes, that is

1a – Explain the structures of a human cellMost human cells contain small structures known as organelles (“little organs”), each of which performs a highly specialised task, such as manufacturing protein. Organelles are usually surrounded by a membrane, and they float in a jelly-like substance called cytoplasm. Ninety percent of cytoplasm is water; it also contains enzymes, amino acids, and other molecules needed for cell functions. The structure…

    Hi Olivia Poem Summary

Hi Olivia. I had not thought of this analogy, and to realize they both have the word “wall” to describe their functions. Pretty clever I’d say. Thinking of the walls and the roof of the factory, it made me think of the floor and what it could be in a factory, which I’d say could be related to the cytoplasm in a cell. Because the cell wall in a call may act as the walls for the factory like you said, and the floor is inside all the rooms covered by walls, the floor might as well be the cytoplasm. Don’t you think? Which then brings all the rest of the organelles inside the factory. Great post overall.…
