Female Role Model

As children begin to develop and mature, they gain a lot from the people around them. Kids seem to pick up on every little detail, good or bad. When children live in a household associated with drugs, alcohol, or abuse, they are more apt to following the exact same path as their elders. Even families dealing with divorce seem to notice more rebellion among their kids. Children generally take after their parents or parental figures. They need positive guidance and encouragement as they grow up. It is said that girls are typically more sensitive than boys, and tend to need more of a female role model as she develops. As a female matures and grows she needs a motherly figure to support and guide her through the various stages of her life. This doesn’t necessarily need to be her actual mother; it could be her grandmother, aunt, godmother, or close friend of the family. It is perfectly acceptable to have more than one positive influence in her life to fulfill the roles of a mother. A good support system is essential in bringing up a strong, smart, and healthy girl.
It is definitely possible for a girl to grow up without an actual mother. A girl will most likely be able to adjust to being raised by only a male figure in the house. Some men may be perfectly capable of providing the necessary care for their daughters, but girls still need a woman to be able to run to for guidance. She needs as many caretakers and positive influences as possible. It’s only logical for a man to make a boy into a gentleman and a woman to make a girl into a lady. Everyone the girl comes in contact with should set a positive example for her to follow. Even though a man could technically raise and care for a girl, there is no way he could make up for all of the ways a mother would provide for her daughter. The way men think is vastly different than the way women perceive things. A man simply cannot begin to understand what it’s like to be a woman. The nurturing a father is able to provide will
