Regarding the Working Holiday Scheme to New Zealand, the work visa under this scheme is valid for 12 months . Don’t worry about the multiple entries, the multiple entry travel conditions on your work visa will allow you to leave and return to New Zealand freely during the period of your initial work visa, but any time you spend out of the country will not be added to the time the work visa is valid for. . The major difference between a working holiday visa and an ordinary visit visa is a working holiday visa allows the traveler working in the host country in a period time when they are visiting the host country, but an ordinary visit visa does not allow the traveler working in the host country.
Take it easy about English because there is no language requirement in this scheme. However, there will be 400 quota in 2014 for New Zealand and qualified applications will be approved on a first-come first-served basis, so you should submit the application form ASAP as soon as possible and the first 50 applicants will be free from administrative fee. A financial proof of a certain amount of savings is needed and the required for 2014 New Zealand is about NZ$4200.
There is no financial assistance is provided. A user got her visa and is currently in Auckland with her friends. They found jobs in restaurants/bars quite easily there. And there also has seasonal jobs like fruit picking in farms and vineyards, some work in the hostels. But you can’t work in the same company for more than 3 months with your permit. You can visit http://whs.esdlife.com/ to get more information, people in the Scheme share their experience on this website.
I hope that the above information will prove to useful to you. Please contact me if you have any further questions about the Scheme. Have a nice Scheme.

Yours sincerely
