The customer’s have a higher education level.
The change in technology has changed the way customers have shopped over the years. A large amount of shopping is done online. Another place for shopping is the retail outlets. The main retail outlets are Wal-Mart and Target. A large online retailer is Amazon. The three main online streaming is Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu. HBO has also been growing for online streaming. Online streaming is purchased monthly or yearly through subscription. New releases of movies come out each week on Tuesdays.
Customer’s biggest consideration when purchasing a product is the demand for the product. Another consideration is the brand of the product. The more popular the brand the more the customer will want. Another consideration is the product quality and price of the product. Another consideration is the customer service of the company. The product could be of good quality and the product can be passed by if the customer service is horrible. Another consideration is if the price is competitive amongst the competition. One of the biggest trade-off is the quality of the product. If the product is poor than it will be overlooked.
