Being a guardian, I tend to share core characteristics’ by taking pride in themselves on being dependable, helpful, and hard-working. As I’ve gotten older my mother always taught me that always depend on yourself being cannot always depend on others because nobody got you like you got yourself. She also taught me that without hard work for the goals you want in life you will never accomplish them unless you put your full 110% in everything you do no matter how hard it may be always finish to your fullest potential. Guardians are also very loyal mates, responsible parents, and stabilizing leaders. Now when it comes to being loyal I try and make sure I tell nothing but the truth because I know very well that I wouldn’t anyone lying to me about something when they can just upfront with me whether it could hurt my feelings or nothing. I wouldn’t fully say I’m a responsible parent yet because I don’t have children but in my opinion, I’m very responsible, well when I want to be at times.
Most of all though I would say that I am a leader because I’ve always been taught to lead not follow because you don’t want to always have to depend on others and by following someone and becoming a follower, you could be following the wrong person and end up in trouble with them. Guardians tend to be dutiful, cautious, humble, and focused on credentials and traditions. They are also concerned citizens who trust authority, join groups, seek security, prize gratitude, and last dream of meting on justice. It’s nothing better than making sure you’re an humble, and being cautions, and especially making a dream like a vision board of what I want to finish take a place in them. After finding out some of this information about what a guardian can truly be I learned that guardians are very strong loyal people who will do just anything in order to complete a goal to accomplish so much in life.
Guardians can have tons of fun with friends, but can also be quite serious about duties and responsibilities.
Guardians take pride in being dependable and trustworthy; if there’s a job to be done, they can be counted on to put their shoulder to the wheel. Sometimes guardians worry that respect for authority, even fundamental sense of what right and wrong is, tend to be lost. Out of all the temperament subgroups for a guardian I feel as if the guardian-protector fits me best. Guardian-Protector fits best for me because a protector’s primary interest is in the safety and security of those they care about such as family, a circle of friends, students, patients, boss, fellow coworkers, and …show more content…
employees.
Basically, saying that a guardian-protector is a very caring person who has an extraordinary sense of loyalty and responsibility towards the people and things they love most. For example, I know that my family is my everything because I know for sure without them in my life I don’t know who I would truly be. My family has taught me everything and has always been down for me from the start which is something that some people don’t get. So I’m blessed, supportive and very protective over my family because in the end nobody has me the way they have held me down from the day I came into the world til now. Guardian-protectors also cherish family history and enjoy caring for family property, from houses to heirlooms.
The correlation between my personality type, major, and career is that as a guardian-protector is that it associates with wanting to be of service to others.
Protectors find great satisfaction in assisting the downtrodden, and can deal with disability and neediness in others better than any other type. Which from my major stand point and career it associates with me wanting to become physician assistant. A physician assistant has a more precise definition as it applies to the mid-level practitioner who is able to practice medicine under the auspices of a licensed physician. Guardian-protectors reserve ought really to be seen as an expression of their sincerity and seriousness of purpose. The most diligent of all the types, protectors are willing to work long, hard hours quietly doing all the thankless jobs that others manage to avoid, which fits perfect for me wanting to become a physician
assistant.
When it comes to my temperament which is a guardian-protector dealing with stress they usually report being sick, tired, sad, or worried. The protector of guardians is the most likely to become excessively worried. Protectors highest skills come from preventing problems, and to do that one must think about what might go wrong and prevent it. But, too great of an overload can trigger excessive worry. Protectors tend to experience loss of control and even become impulsive while trying to fix all that they see going wrong. When others see them in this state, it is important to give protectors help and to lower every problem, until they release some of their need for nutrition, and treating themselves to peace and quiet will go a long way towards healing their stress.
Intelligence strengths for a guardian-protector tells that having preserved logistical intelligence. Protectors keep both people and things safe, who don’t like to waste. Will do whatever it takes to make sure there are no problems. Protectors notice when people are not comfortable and will act to change the situation. For example, with me being a freshman and being new to the NCA&T softball team I have to work on getting to know the girls and work around different personalities. With that I try to go over and beyond because I want to make good impression with them and show them the type of person I am.
Finally, everything just about seemed to fit what I know about yourself and any discrepancies between findings of the assessment in terms of my personality type, intelligence, and prospective career. Especially the fact that guardian protectors love to help others and love their family, because family to me is everything and giving back to the community to me is very important with the fact that I’m help changing someone’s life based off their health. I think ever since I was like 11 years old and had found out that my grandfather someone I looked up to all my life and adored so much found out he had stage 3 lung cancer and a tumor in his head I wanted to help the world and hopefully make a difference and make a change just as I was hoping for him. Sitting there watching him suffer through the pain and tragedy had hurt me so much knowing that I couldn’t stop it or make him feel better. Like he started smoking at the age of 12 years old and then didn’t stop til he was 62 years old and no one never stopped him or him going to the doctor every six months and them not finding the cancer until the very last minute made me want to find a way to help others so they wouldn’t have to go through what he and my family struggled through.
I am very passionate in doing my best to become a physician assistant in order to help and give back to those in need. I wouldn’t really have anything to disagree with when it comes to this temperament as being a guardian-protector.
