Three Factors for Success Everyone in a free country has the opportunity to succeed. But, not everyone will find success. So why do some succeed while others not? Success does not happen accidentally. Let me give a specific explanation for it. To begin with, the success never give up. A minority of people who succeed never give up and don’t take no for answers, while a majority of people who fail can not stick to their goals. Actually, some people do work very hard and keep working. But those who don’t achieve success more likely quit or give up after their failure. So that’s why they try and don’t succeed. If you want to achieve goal, ask yourself one question innerly. That is how hard and how long are you willing to fight? According to the data from recent research conducted by Human Behavior Worldwide Association, the average time for a person to be considered as succeed is at least 5 years. Statistically, there is no shortcuts. Therefore, be persistent if you are eager to make a goal. Remember: no one is preventing you from achieving except for yourself. In addition, the success learn from failures. An old Chinese saying claimed that failure is the mother of success. That means failure plays an important role in success. Everyone faces difficulties on their way to succeed. You can not assume that you face more challenges than others, because everyone’s life and path to success is unique. Indeed, The success don’t let failure defeat them. Instead of being threatened by mistakes, they tend to learn from it and value it as cornerstone rather than obstacle. Then they just move on. Unluckily, a lot of losers are inclined to step back in front of the failure, needless to say learn from it. If you aren’t achieving, the first person you should always look to first is yourself. No one can pursue goals without overcoming failures millions of times. Thus, a positive attitude towards failures and making full use of it will lead to an achievement ultimately. Finally, the success have appropriate plan for aim. In other words, achieving goals without planning leads to a disaster, which is one of major reasons for failure. Japanese proverb by an anonymous author, argued that vision without actions is daydream; action without vision is a nightmare. What this proverb means is that vision is related to setting aims to a specific target, and action has close relationship to ability and planning. The general, for instance, was for the war. If he had had on idea about his battle strategy, what he was doing was to send his soldiers to die. Under that circumstance, he would never lead his army to succeed. Hence, clarifying an aim with direction and plan lead us to succeed. In conclusion, success is possible for anyone who is willing to achieve it. Particularly, being persistent to a goal, valuing failures positively and clarifying plan for it are three factors for success.

Regrettably, my team experience presented the biggest challenges in the class for me, but I endeavor to learn from those challenges in an effort to prevent future teamwork issues.…
