Aquino Administration
By: Mark Jeffrey C. Dalimot
“First impression lasts,” we have new president and people have very high expectations of him, he should make positive actions in his first 100 days in the office. After getting an overwhelming mandate in May 10 polls, President-elect-Benigno “Noynoy”
Aquino III will go down in history as country’s first bachelor president. In his first State of the Nation Address (SONA), he focuses on corruption matters among officials. I hoped that all of the platforms will be realized. Do you think that P-NOY will continue the legacy of democracy, peace, and congress of his parents especially his mother former President Corazon Aquino who just died a year ago? After her husband’s murder catapulted her into a national leadership rate, Cory Aquino helped to bring down the Marcos dictatorship. P-NOY inherits the economic problem from erstwhile President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the million peso credit of National Food Authority (NFA) in the middle of rice shortage in the year 2009. But now, we’re like swimming in the rotten imported rice which is excess from imports. The first 100 Days seem to refused the quiet unassuming nature of the second President Aquino, without a doubt the rebuilding process is taking place underneath our vey noses with the same characteristic of the man running the show quiet, unassuming, with fewer frills. This survey is just an opinion if you are satisfied or dissatisfied with the Aquino Administration. So now, are you SATISFIED or DISSATISFIED?
