My First Amendment challenge score was 75%, I got 15 out of 20 correct.
2. What are 3 things you learned from the Challenge or the web site?
Three things I learned from the challenge was that some schools do not prohibit political armbands and buttons, I thought that this was not allowed in all schools. I learned that if a student were to wear confederate flag attire it is not guaranteed that they would get punished. I would assume that they would but there is a chance that they won’t because of their freedom of beliefs. Finally, I learned that it is constitutional for a public school to require a neutral moment of silence. This test made me realize how much I do and don’t know about my own
rights.
