The discovery is of Israeli scientists and shows the relationship between stress and anxiety with obesity and diabetes. Conclusion: look for activities that leave you calmer (working out, listening to music, dancing, dating …) is also a way to get thinner and healthier.

Acupuncture to prevent injuries

In Brazil I do acupuncture twice a week, I really believe in that kind of treatment, my tendinitis in my arm of playing tennis only get better after my acupuncture section, if I stay out of town for more than 3 weeks I can lucidity notice the difference, and it is a big difference without acupuncture in my lifestyle
