Summary: While Miles is an elite athlete and should focus on some stretching at the end of the week, he needs a break as well. As a 16 year old in high school, we want him to have freedom and an off day. Miles should still focus on nutrition, but teenagers should not be following a “diet”. He should be eating healthy wherever possible, but diets at this age can actually lead to eating disorders later on. Today, Miles will do a yoga episode on YouTube for 10 minutes, foam roll for 5 minutes and do stretches for 5 minutes. This totals in an easy 20 minutes.
