While some people in our world choose to use drugs and alcohol to get a buzz, a high, or a rush, there is a different solution. In Cross Country, you win your meets based off how many points your team scores. The goal of the meet is to score the least amount of points possible. The lower your resulting time, the fewer points you get, helping your team to win. In practice, you need to learn to know trust your teammates better than your best friend(sometimes they become your best friends).
