Second, I will discuss good eating habits, how to turn bad eating habits into good eating habits and just healthy eating in general. 3. Finally, I will discuss phyical activity.
II. From an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle, the changes to be made to help you become healthy and fit. A. Good nutrition and exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. 1. A poor diet can come with consequenses of major health risks that can cause illness such as; heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer. a. The risk for diseases, like high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes are being seen in younger ages, as a result of unhealthy eating habits and weight gain. Teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life. b. Good nutrition and healthy weight reduces disease risk, and health is too important to ignore. c. By taking small steps to eat healthy, you will be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, strong and active, as well as physical activity.
