QUESTION1. How are the four functions of management related to the five skills of management? Use example to clarify your answer.
Answer1.There are some function which are similar with the five skills. Firstly, when manager make plan to reach the goal after that decisions are taken by the management various field. For example, In the company if they need to hire 20% employees then they set the limit of employees after that they select the employees who have knowledge and experience about that field.
2. They also plan about some techniques for enhancing the profit. For example, in the company manager represent those products which can lure the costumer along with manager is a backbone of company. so he always does work hard by giving their corporation with the employees. for instance, in dollarama manager always share their views while selecting new products.
3. When any difficulties come in the company at that time they need to handle the situations by doing work in the groups. If the company

Answer3. There are ample of difference between both structures. Because it is hard to say that in the functional structure manager are responsible. Because in this structure they do work in groups in small business. While in the divisional structure all the employees and the manager are independent, and punctual. They know their duties for becoming responsible in big companies.
Question5. If a company has a formal organization structure. Why should managers pay attention to the informal organization?
Answer5. There are some reasons behind this. Firstly, Manager mostly time wants to works in the groups. Because he wants to share their views with employees for enhancing the company name. While In the formal I think they have to work individuals. Which is not good for company .In addition, manager pay attention informal because in this organization they take helps from the society
