Fixed thinking in school education brings many problems to the academic development of the students.
A. American students show their limitations in the academic achievement. 1. School education pays much emphasizes on the diversity development of the students. Most of them neglect the learning of basic knowledge required by the middle school. 2. Students spend a little time in pursuing the learning the fundamental courses. They have no homework and no standard teaching requirements. 3. Teachers have no much authority in regulating the performance of the students. There is almost no severe punishment for the students who have not finished the task. 4. Traditional education emphasizes the level of IQ and perceives that IQ test results
are more reliable. 5. However, students with higher IQ cannot be qualified to all the subjects.
