UCC will be relocating The Flu Clinic to Conference Rooms B14-B15. Unfortunately, in the last couple of weeks, during rainy days "water leaked" into the modular building from different areas, which made it unsafe to see patients. Jerry and his team are working on repairing the building to make it safe for next year. For now, we will need to relocate our Flu Clinic to basement area. The Flu Clinic will open Tuesday, January 24, 2017 and will close its operations on March 10, 2017. Operation hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M.-9:00 P.M. Sat-Sunday 9:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. PBS- Julie, thank you for the cash drawer. I believe we are good to go with the cash handling part. But, we will touch basis before we open.
Call Center - Carol, please inform your team of our opening day and closing day. We see patients 15 and above.
Public Affairs - Maria, would you please provide flu clinic operations in our electronic board. This will be helpful to any patients that will need this service.
Access - Faith, please work with Alicia to ensure we are building Flu Templates for providers assigned to Flu Clinic (6 patients an hour).
Security- Conduct routine rounding during operation hours.
