• Question n. 1: Which department do you work in?
Most of the respondents work in food & beverage and front office department. This is mainly because, I personally worked on these departments most of the time during my internship, thence I know the whole team of employees, who I could rely on, that they will fill out the questionnaire truthfully.
• Question n. 2: How long are you working in this hotel?
High fluctuation in Hilton caused that working teams consist mostly from the new employees; however, I tried to distribute the questionnaire mainly between the old employees, who experienced the previous general manager as well, because they can

3: Did you come into the contact with general manager on the daily bases?
The question provides me with very important information, because in order to estimate trustfulness and validity of the answers, I needed to know, how well the respondents know the general manager and how often they come into the contact with him. Fortunately, almost all of the respondents answered that they were meeting him on the daily bases.
• Question n. 4: How would you define the fluctuation in Doubletree by Hilton Košice?
While I was the intern in this hotel, I noticed that number of leaving employees is enormously high. At least each two weeks someone quitted the job. Thence, I wanted to know the opinion of others about the fluctuation in Hilton. As survey showed, almost everyone agreed, that fluctuation is high.
• Question n. 5: What image do you consider Hilton in Košice has?
This question was related to the image that Hilton has according to the employees, more precisely, how they perceive the hotel they work for. The survey shows, that in general, they consider Hilton as a well- known hotel offering satisfying service.
