Frankenstein-Personal Narrative
I suspect that I am beginning to lose my mind. I feel as though my mind is no longer my own. In light of that fact, I felt it was necessary to write down what I have been experiencing lately. I’m doing this in the hopes that you will find this Corbin. I’m not sure if I’m going to survive this, and I want you to know what happened Cor. I don’t know if any of what I write will be useful, but I hope to God that it will be.
It all started when I first spotted the strangest creature I had ever seen.
At first, I thought it was just my imagination, because such a creature could not exist. That’s what I told myself at least. Then I began to see it everywhere I went. The creature would appear suddenly, and without warning. Every time I saw it, I heard

He’s-“ The creature yelled, and midsentence it just vanished. After that, I began to notice strange shapes coming into view in the distance, and I realized that I was now standing on what appeared to be the roof of a high-rise in the middle of an unfamiliar city. I looked over the edge of the building, and once again I couldn’t tell if there was any end. As I stood there trying to find my bearings, I was shaken from my thoughts by the sound of clanking metal. I turned to find the source of the noise, and saw a metal cage. In the middle of the cage sat a ragged looking man with manacles on his wrists and ankles chaining him to the floor of the cage. His clothes, if one could call those rags clothes, were tattered and torn. He appeared extremely malnourished, every curve of his ribs showing just beneath the skin. His hair was dark, and matted with filth, and his face was gaunt and sickly. In stark contrast to his appearance were his eyes. He looked close to death, but his bright emerald green eyes still seemed to be full of life, and they looked strangely familiar.
As I walked towards him, he began to laugh quietly, and the closer I got, the louder he laughed, becoming more and more manic by the second. The laugh, now an insane cackle, turned into a fit of harsh coughing

You see, whenever a sentient being is born, that being will be born into every other inhabitable universe. Every now and then, someone special comes along that can sense all the versions of himself that exist. We are one such individual.”
At the time, I felt that this was beginning to be too much. It had to be a dream. What bothered me, though, was the fact that if it was a dream, it was the most vivid one I had ever experienced. The man claiming to be me continued his explanation,
“People like us also have another ability. We can move between universes. Because of that, there are those out there that consider us dangerous. That creature that I rescued you from is controlled by those people, and they will stop at nothing to destroy every single one of us. They have already killed many of our alternate selves, and we need to find a way to fight back. I can no longer aid in the fight. My physical body is long gone. I’ve been trapped in here, trying to warn as many of us as possible, but I’m afraid soon even my consciousness will be gone.”
He told me all of this with such sincerity that I almost believed him.
“Okay, say I believe you, how many of us have you

The concept of ‘The Blonde’ has been ever changing over time and across different contexts. Meanings and cultural ideologies associated with blondeness have shifted due to the change in context at varying points of time. Blondeness has been represented and viewed differently from one culture to another where the context and values play a crucial role in these representations. In the movie, “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”, Marilyn Monroe is portrayed as the archetypal blonde bombshell that uses her sexuality to appeal to rich men and hence portraying her as a ‘gold-digger’. The other text in which the ‘Blonde’ concept is portrayed in a different culture is Boticelli’s painting “The Birth of Venus”. It incorporates values from Greek Mythology as well as the context in which it was composed that is the Renaissance period specifically in 1485. The shaping of dominant meanings associated with being blonde is implied differently through the L’OREAL Blonde hair dye commercial as it shows how values and ideologies connected with blondeness have emerged in contemporary Western culture.…

I could hear the blood pumping in my ears, away from the situation, and I started calming my breathing. I headed back to camp, content with trying to forget what I heard. The heavy footsteps of a creature larger than simple game. Almost as though just hiding from me, either to prepare to pounce, or to hide. What bothered me most however, was not that it was seemingly a creature who just wanted to hide, but that it hid. It sounded like a large creature, but a deer would have run, and a wolf would attack, followed by others. What was that? As I reached the campsite, the flames of my fire were softly dancing as though doing a waltz. I checked all of camp, but all the food and supplies I had gathered were gone. I headed back into the woods to the spot where I heard the rustle of leaves. The forest was still unsettlingly still, so I made the point to make my presence be known. I searched for any signs of where my belongings could have ended up. I stumbled upon a skinned deer. With that I knew I was not alone. I searched further, and found the hide on the ground near the river. I lifted it, wondering why any creature would skin a deer just to leave the hide behind not too far…

The small electric motor built in to the reel whirred as it dragged whatever it was towards the surface. The water parted exasperatedly as the thing became to emerge. It was no fish. Tim saw the box gleaming persistently against the glazing sun peering out from the thick blankets of clouds. The box was as long as a coffin and shaped like an egg. It had a pure silver hue on the sides that wrapped around to the back exaggerating the subtle curve that made it seem thinner than it really was. At the bottom of the box scorch marks scarred it leaving a rainbow stain. A circular dent also sat rigidly at the side. In the middle however a clear pane of what seemed to be glass held something. Tim, eyes open stared horridly as the grotesque creature laid limp on the side of the black material that lined the inside. Tim fixed to the ground, trembled uncontrollably at the Small manifest thing. It was no bigger than a baby and it had grey skin, almost translucent as the skin stretched over the vein scattered body. It's skin was wrinkled and rolls of skin lulled on the edge of his head. Tim knew what it was a creature, it couldn't be from here it was not creature like, it was a…

The creature's relentless, demanding our attention. A ranger on the hill above us pulls over to someone's car asking them to leave. The monster starts making a new noise breathing like he was dying but was not. I wasn't sure if the creature was trying to communicate with us ,warn us or scare us. Right before the Ranger approaches it growls. The night before, around 10:00pm relaxing on our Montgomery sailboat, I noticed glistening waters reflecting the moon's light and the sound of night fishermen talking. I looked up to see a sphere shaped probe descending from the night sky. I never realized it is problematic to be…

“I can remember a single incident at the age of 12 when I clearly saw the formation of one of the other "me's". I was laying in my small bed, in my tiny closet-sized bedroom. It came on translucent, parched, low riding legs. It crawled thirty feet below half of the population., a vigorous destroyer, flashing its delicate watchmaker's claws away its oily reptilian organic structure. Each claw was a nail , a thousand tiny nails all together , above thick ropes of muscle, sheathed over thick oily skin like the flesh of a ferocious warrior. Each tentacle was a string of spaghetti, smush, and mesh. And from the great breathing cage in the chest there was a tiny head that popped out, a head that would examine you and look deep into your soul, while the snake neck coiled. And the arm itself, a ton of sculptured stone, stayed low to the surface easily below the population. Its mouth gaped, exposing a row of squid like tentacles popped out. His eyes seemed to be inexistent, tiny stones,…

Slowly he awakened taking in his surroundings. Above him was a dim green light dangling from the low red veined ceiling. He was lying on a table, with the same color scheme, in his school clothes. He could faintly hear some kind of chattering in an unknown language, but he could not pinpoint the sound. So, he laid there wondering what was happening and where he was. He was thinking that maybe there was lave in the red veins, when suddenly a creature appeared out of nowhere. It was tall, green and looked like it was slimy to the touch. When it walked its feet sounded like suction cups on the ground. Its big black eyes were staring him down as it reached…
