Gestalt Therapy
Koffka (2013), enumerates that Gestalt is an arranged entity that is full and professed as having increased to a level that is beyond its total outcome. On the other hand, Gestalt therapy is a phenomenological existential notion that was introduced by Frederick and Laura Perls back then in the 1940s (Koffka, 2013). The purpose of the therapy is to enumerate to the user strategies of know-how based on assumptions, feeling and distinguished from interpreting preexisting outlooks. The purpose of the essay is to enumerate how the Gestalt principles of relationship and awareness can be utilized in issues related to coaching. The sports in this case entailed being active so as to ensure that I have a healthy body and comfortable life that is free from any type of disease. Therefore, my coach came up with the strategies that were meant to help me comprehend the relevance of taking my exercises seriously as a way of living a better lifestyle. Therefore, through principles of building a relationship and being aware of my surrounding, I was able to cope with the issue of exercising, so as to grow in a healthy perspective. Significantly, the implication here is that the coach was able to influence me on the relevance of exercising as the best way that I can use to live as a healthy individual through being aware and working in a relationship with. The example enumerates that the contents of coaching from a Gestalt point of view, i.e. having a relationship and being aware can be undertaking to ensure that proposed interventions generate significant results within a person. Furthermore, it is apparent that individuals in the society needing guiding steps to reach their potential. Furthermore, it is noted that knowing how to utilize the principles of awareness and relationship is a fundamental route to success because one is able to implement what us right for significant results to be attained. Organizational development practitioner effectiveness entails initiating the right steps for significant results to be attained. Systematic involvement of an organizational development practitioner in firms is an appropriate entity because the firm is assured of relevant results that are based on relationship and awareness principles

    The book is designed to be a handbook for coaches of all stages, whether it is a new coach, a coach in training, or an experienced coach (Stoltzfus, 2008). The book is split into six sections, all filled with sample questions that are designed to strengthen the asking skills of a coach.
