I know that as a teacher I will always be learning and grasping new ideas. Training will be extremely beneficial. Allowing me to understand the material and applying it to a true scenario. Additionally, receiving help from my future co-workers will allow me to create the best educational lessons. My five main goals are to provide a curriculum that actively engages the children, create strong relationships with the families, create a safe classroom environment, implement the use of technology, and asses and support the children’s education and wellness. Staying on track no matter the difficulties that I may encounter will help me lead the children to their full potential. Patience is crucial when working with children. Having the patience to really listen to them and answer their questions will motivate them to ask more questions and learn while doing so. Additionally, I have to remain patient no matter how chaotic the classroom may become. I need to be able to keep my head straight, a smile on my face, and stay focused on what is occurring. I am a strong believer that children should be treated with respect and fairness. I will treat all my students with the utmost respect and fairness. No matter their circumstances, my care for each of them will be the same. Being a great listener and supporter will allow them to know that I am truly there for them.
