Gospel To The Community Analysis
Recently, the center tries to find the effective way to reach out people who need the center’s help and to meet the needs of patients. One way the center spread the gospel to the community is approaching people, serving more patients, keeping the relationship, and meeting their needs. Many underserved populations may not know that the center can help them. Some patients come to the center for help by themselves, but most of the time the center reaches out to them. The center goes to grocery stores in the community and promotes the center to people who do not know about this facility.
After patients’ first visits, the center spends many efforts to make a relationship with patients. Without making a good relationship, the center cannot spread

Luke’s House is a small primary care clinic that provides free, basic services to patients without a primary care provider. Most of the clinic’s patients are people who would otherwise have gone to the ER or not received care at all. The mission of Luke’s House is “to be a place of medical and spiritual hope, health and healing for the people of Greater New Orleans, to provide patient centered experiences for students, and to open a doorway to long-term healthcare solutions.” The clinic is in a low-income part of town and has highly limited resources. Adam Bradley, the executive director, is the only full-time staff at Luke’s House. All other physicians, interpreters, nurses, students, and staff are volunteers. A complication of this is that…

When a person thinks of a Wednesday night, it brings no excitement and no plans. It’s a weekday that to holds no significance to most but to a Spanish speaking member of St. Anne’s Church it is a day for worship. To this member it is a night where she can go to church to pray, sing, and practice Catholicism. This member is a woman by the name of Alejandra Montoya, age 36, who is a devout Catholic and cherishes her community at St. Anne’s church. St. Anne’s Church is richly decorated inside and out, and is home to the Wednesday night Mass held at 7:00 p.m. in Spanish (St. Anne), which I choose to focus on. I focused specifically on Alejandra, to see how the community affects a specific member. By being a member of St. Anne’s Church, Alejandra is able to sing along to the melody of multiple songs during the Mass, which builds hope in her and allows her to gain strength to live her life through many obstacles.…

When working in a small office setting a person tends to know each patient as soon as they come in. They are able to greet them by first name and make them feel welcomed as soon as they enter the office. I feel that patients who feel comfortable with their doctor’s office and the staff will have an incentive to take better care of themselves. To me this is very important and if I can help make a difference like this by working in a small office then that is what I would like to do. Doctors and staff of a small office may have less patients than a clinic or hospital but their patients get the care and time they need.…

Educational and community-based programs are intended to extent to individuals outside of established health care venues. These venues of opportunity may include schools, worksites, health care facilities, and neighborhood communities. Each location provides opportunities to reach the populace using current social structures. This increases the impact for opportunity and decreases the resources and time required for program expansion. People often have elevated concentrations of communication within these venues, both directly and indirectly. Programs that focus on multiple venues, if not all venues, usually have a larger impact than programs operating in only one venue. While…

As I know, here is a growing awareness that the models for clinics are not working as intended. By analyzing clues that contain in segments which are people, collaboration and tangibles, we can know that “patient comes first” plays an important role. The dominant model Mayo Clinic describes a progression of patients' service in which research on the development of looking for evidence of competence, caring and integrity leads to the development and evaluation of facilities, which in turn lead to research on the widespread dissemination and implementation of effective health care policy. Despite of the considerable progress in developing scientifically validated health care interventions, Mayo provide evidence that collaboration have been widely implemented or that they have led to various organizational incentives in the rates of behavioral health problems to the customers. The collaboration of this clues also exist in electronic medical record so that improve the clinic’s ability to present a seamless, collaborative organization and manage the evidence that patients need. This part could present a new healing method for more rapid development and widespread implementation of effective clinic programs. The physical environment integrates concepts and methods from medical earnings with those traditionally used in promoting healing research. Mayo Clinic has been very successful in guiding the development of a broad range of products and services that are widely used by the health fields, but It is not commonly used in behavioral health contexts where the primary aim is well-being of the public rather than profit. Clues research models have been effective in developing evidence which are the buildings, the approach to care, even the shoelaces that have demonstrated a potential to identify a simple message to be supported, but have not facilitated their…
