Gregoric Style Delineator Analysis

According to the “Gregorc's Style Delineator” there are four types learning styles. Abstract Sequential, Concrete Sequential, Abstract Random, and Concrete Random. After reviewing my results it turns out that I am a concrete random learner. The main reason I completely agree with the Gregoric style delineator is because I am always willing to try new approaches to solve problems. I am definitely a self-directed individual. Every since I was a little girl I believe in doing my own thing and having my own mind. When it comes to being competitive I love sports and played soccer since I was eight. I am a deep thinker who enjoys brainstorming on ideas and thinking outside the box. I like being creative. I can image something and completely transform the idea to fit the classroom topic of discussion. I am definitely a hands on kind of learner I learn best when I can use other resources. I have the ability to establish and maintain healthy relationships with other. I learn best when I’m in a situation where I can input and given general guidelines. I am able to maintain healthy friendships and participate in group actives. In order for me to do better with my isms project, I will have to be open. I am good at working with authority and understand that in what it truly mean to be in a leadership position. I am definitely going to have to, step out of my confront zone and really get to now individuals who influence academics. As a leader in the school I can hope to establish healthy relationships with everyone for the benefit of the school and children. My ism project will consist of me working with others who might not have the same personality or learning style as me.
