Is India moving towards people management?
As India is an emerging market and a great pool of people or human resource, so we can say that yes India is moving towards people management with the increasing rate of organizations.
The attrition rate, corruption, ethical issues, all can be handled by managing only the workforce of the organization. for example the biggest problem of Infosys in today's scenario is its people leaving the organization.
For managing people, the organization should provide proper training, incentives and profits which can motivate the people associated with the company itself.
Hence, yes India is slowly and gradually moving towards the people management.

Education, a panacea for the ailing living standard, an elixir to the indignant poverty condition, a question as well as an answer to the economic disparity and an instrument to measure the prosperity of a nation, is a matter of concern for India. Population explosion rate has always been way ahead of literacy rate. Moreover the unfit, obsolete, and rote learning provided by the existing institutions have aggravated the problem in the form of educated unemployment. There is a dire need of complete overhaul of education system. Government has certainly done its bit by creating schemes and allotting funds, however, the stark reality is it (government) does not have enough capital to build new universities but it certainly does have the power to revitalize the system by implementing niche policies best one of these would be allowing FDI in education.…

Good morning to one and all. Today on the occasion of world education day, I would like to express my views regarding the need to educate all. We all know India is the second most populated country of the world. Its huge population is considered as a liability rather than an asset. Making investments in the form of education can make this huge population a valuable asset. Yes friends it is education which makes our living meaningful! Hence it is very important to educate all the citizens of our country. Education facilities are very much present in urban areas. Most people in cities and towns send their children to schools. Under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan children under the age of 14 are provided free education. It is rural areas which require more attention. More schools and colleges need to be set up in the rural areas. Government should try to promote more awareness among the people about the importance of education and how it enlightens their lives. Above all, we as responsible and educated citizens of our country need to join hands and make efforts to educate our fellow countrymen and turn them into valuable assets, important for the nation’s progress. It is very for each one to realize that education is the tree which bears the fruits of success. So, EACH ONE TEACH…
