Abstract
Social Media has a big impact in the society today, and user’s satisfaction and better experience on these websites are the most important factor to someone who develops it. This research has taken a video hosting website called YouTube into a case study. Today, statistics show that more and more people are being drawn to social Medias and it is becoming a part of everyday routine.
Lots of people prefer online video because it is cheaper, easy to use and enhances other communication channel. Statistics show 76.8% of internet users view online video
