Assignment #2 – Conflict:
1. How do you define conflict?
How do you define conflict? What is conflict? It is a strong disagreement between two parties for certain topics. As we know there may occurs conflict everywhere such as in doctor office, home, political parties and even in within person. Since, conflict can happen everywhere, it is important to think about how does conflict happen. I believe, conflict happen when people take stand with their moral and values much better than other. For example, in hospital many doctor think they are super smart and they do not listen to their co-workers. This will lead to the conflict between doctors and other employees which affect hospital caring system. Conflict isn’t negative always, it also happens for positive. In my perspective, if the conflict happens, we come up with better solution for various problems. I take conflict as more positive because not everyone shares similar moral and values.

2. How do you deal with conflict?
Dealing with the conflict is depend upon the level of the conflict that we face. It is very difficult to deal with conflict; however, I take conflict as healthy so I can deal it in more positive way. For this, at first,

To manage my ability to deal with conflict, I will manage my emotions and behaviors because when I control my emotion and behavior, I can communicate in a better way without having any threat. Similarly, I will manage my stress by staying calm and alert all the time. Also, I will manage to become an active listener and speaker so I can understand and respect other person morals and values. Being an active listener and speaker, I can pay attention to the feeling expressed as well as words spoken. With these management strategies, I will be respectful by action to everyone which will emphasize me in a better way to deal with
